"Working to create a better future for disadvantaged people in their community"
OWL’s Social Enterprises
Government Definition: ‘A social enterprise is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners.’
We have two social enterprises to assist the delivery of work based learning for adults with learning disabilities that are realistic and sustainable.
OWL Café with Meals-2-You and OWL Bikes provide goods and services to the community, supported employment, work experience and volunteering opportunities.
